Composition

This week you will be doing a "Build-A-Sentence" type of composition. For each sentence, you will have a list of words and you need to figure out how to put those words together into a sentence:

• you will use every word listed, and you will not add any words - but you will have to change the form of the words so that they fit into the sentence
• decide on the subject, and make sure the form of the verb matches the subject (do not change the tense or voice of the verb - just change the person and number to fit the subject)
• make sure all the nouns and pronouns are in the correct case based on their role in the sentence (do not change the number of the nouns and pronouns - just change the case)
• if there is an adjective or participle, make sure that it agrees with a noun in gender, number, and case
• if there is a preposition, make sure you are using the appropriate case for that preposition

When you are done, attach the file to an email and send it to the instructor. Give your email a subject line like "Week 11 Greek Composition." (The Composition Key will be made available when the assignment is completed.)
