Course Prerequisites

If you are not sure if this is the right course for you, get in touch with the instructor: laura-gibbs@ou.edu. You can also look at the course materials and see if they look manageable! Students who enroll in this course should meet these requirements:

Undergraduate students. Undergraduate students should have completed, at a minimum. one year of college in Latin before taking this course. It is strongly recommended that you already have completed a third semester in Latin or that you are concurrently enrolled in a classroom-based 3rd semester Latin class.

Graduate students. Graduate students may enroll in this course provided that they have completed one year of college Latin.

Special permission. If you do not fall into one of these two categories, and would like special permission to take this course, please contact the instructor (laura-gibbs@ou.edu) to see if this course would be appropriate for you.
