There is a very useful interlinear Greek-English Bible available online at Crosswalk.com. This site does not use the Unicode Greek standard, so you will need to download and install the BST Font which they use for the Greek (there is a download link for both Windows and Macintosh versions).
Both the Greek and English words are linked to an online New Testament Greek lexicon, so that you can click on a word and see its entry in the lexicon. The lexicon also allows you to quickly access all the other instances of this word in the New Testament! It's very handy. Kudos to the folks at Crosswalk for having made this great tool available (it's one of the best Greek Bible tools online, and it's been around for years now, before anybody had even though of Unicode Greek standards!).
