Both the active and middle/passive infinitives features the reduplication which is distinctive in the perfect. In addition, the perfect active stem often contains the distinctive kappa. This makes the perfect infinitives easy to recognize:
λελυκέναι - to have loosened, to have destroyed
λελύσθαι - to have been loosed, to have been destroyed
Note also the distinctive accentuation.
