Frank Baum's entire "Oz" series is available online at various websites, such as Project Gutenberg, Classics Authors Net and Free Online Library.

The Oz Series Little Wizard Stories of Oz

There is an illustrated online edition of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz and The Marvelous Land of Oz: Being an Account of the Further Adventures of the Scarecrow and Tim Woodman.

The Famous Forty Canon of Oz website also includes information about the people who wrote Oz books after Baum. The most prolific was Ruth Plumly Thompson wrote 19 Oz books after Baum completed the original 14 books. One of Thompson's books is online: The Royal Book of Oz (1921).

You can read synopses of all the Oz books at Piglet Press. Piglet also has a catalog of movies based on the Oz books, and an enormous Alphabetic Index of Characters who appear in the Oz books.

There are many website dedicated to the movie version of the Wizard of Oz, including the official website at Warner Brothers. There is also the notorious remake, The Wiz, with Diana Ross as Dorothy and Michael Jackson as the Scarecrow (and Richard Pryor as "The Wiz").
