SATAGHNI. [Source: Dowson's Classical Dictionary of Hindu Mythology] 'Slaying hundreds.' A missile weapon used by Krishna. It is described in the Mahabharata as a stone set round with iron spikes, but many have supposed it to be a rocket or other fiery weapon.
