Internet Assignment

This assignment will be available when the College of Arts & Sciences releases the online course evaluation form - hopefully that will be on Monday December 1; I will update you when I learn more about this.

By the time you reach this assignment, the College of Arts & Sciences should have made available the End-of-Semester Evaluation form available online at eval.ou.edu. You will receive an email from the College with specific log-on instructions for this special "Evaluation" website. The form you will fill out is an online version of the "zap" form which you fill out in classroom-based classes.

This is an anonymous evaluation, just like the "zap" form. Also, just like in the classroom, you can turn in the form blank, not answering any of the questions. I hope very much, however, that you will answer the questions. Your comments are extremely valuable to the College of Arts & Sciences as it continues to develop the online course program, and your feedback is also a big help to me as I revise the course every semester!

So, the way you receive credit for this assignment is just like what happens when you are counted "present" in a classroom class. To be counted "present" and get credit, you have to log on to the eval.ou.edu website and submit the evaluation survey. It is up to you whether you actually answer the questions or not, just as it is up to you whether or not you fill out the "zap" form in a classroom-based class.

Then, when you are done, fill out the Gradbook Declaration in Desire2Learn.

Here is the text of the Gradebook Declaration:

(6 points) I have submitted the end-of-semester Evaluation Survey at the eval.ou.edu website.
